A research session within the program of the second day of the celebrations of the birth anniversaries of the Great Prophet and his grandson As-Sadeq (Allah's prayers be upon both of them).

Within the second day of the celebrations of the birth anniversaries of the Great Prophet Mohammad (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) and his grandson Imam As-Sadeq (peace be upon him) held by the holy shrines of Imam Al-Hussayn and of Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them), under the slogan "And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds." a research session was held by two lectures about the life of the Prophet of mercy and his grandson of Imam As-Sadeq (Allah's prayers be upon both of them), on Friday afternoon, the 16th of Rabi' Awwal 1438 AH, corresponding to the 16th of December, 2016 in the hall of the Seal of Prophets in the Imam Al-Hussayn's (p) holy shrine.
The research session has started with verses of the Holy Quran and reading Al-Fatiha in memory of the martyrs of Iraq, followed by the first lecture of the researcher Sheikh Tabassi (a professor in the Hawzah) about the great personality, his theology and knowledge of Imam As-Sadeq (peace be upon him), and how he used to answer to the toughest questions, mentioning some hadiths and stories that have proved that the roots of chemistry is ascribed to him (peace be upon him) in addition to his prestige and great position, citing numerous riwayat [from both sides] talking about his great personality (peace be upon him).
Then, the second lecture was presented by the Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Al-Hasnawi, the Dean of the Faculty of Qur'anic Studies at Babylon University, in which he stated that no one should believe that the interpretation of the Holy Quran has ended after the departure of the Holy Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household), but this has continued after him by the Imams of guidance (peace be upon them) proved by text of his hadith (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household): " I have left behind over you that which if you hold fast to it you will never go astray: the Book of Allah and my offspring, my Ahl Al-Bayt.” is a hadith proving that the Imams (peace be upon them) have the knowledge and secrets of the holy Quran. Also, Imam As-Sadeq (peace be upon him) is the Imam to whom the Shi'ism was attributed."
After the end of the research session, a draw was conducted for the participants in the competiton of learning by heart the testament of Imam Al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance) to pay tribute to the winners.
