The Planning and Human Development Department concludes an etiquette course for the employees of the host restaurant of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him)

The Planning and Human Development Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has concluded an etiquette course for a number of the employees of the host restaurant of holy shrine, in order to develop the level of the workers in this field by developing their abilities and skills in line with the factors of progress and modernity.

This course hosted by the host restaurant hall, has focused mainly on the practical side, putting forward the pertaining matters of this art.

The trainer Feras Abd Al-Razzaq Al-Shammari from the Department of Planning and Human Development in the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has explained for his part: "The course of the art of etiquette presented to the employees of the Host restaurant Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine for the progress and development of the level of the service performance, in order to achieve the satisfaction of the visitors coming to the host of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him). This course has aimed the employees in many points: how to take the food and present it, how to clean the tables, each according to its competence."

The participants in this course have expressed their satisfaction for what they have learned from the meaningful and valuable information in this kind of art that would develop their skills.

These courses come as part of the continuous series of seminars, courses and workshops set up by the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in order to modernise the scientific and professional specializations of the employees of the holy shrine.
