During their scout camp, the students of the pathological analysis department at the Faculty of Humanities Studies have conducted hundreds of laboratory tests for the visitors of the two holy shrines.

A number of students of the pathological analysis department at the Faculty of Humanities studies of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, have conducted within the program of their Scout Camp held by the educational cooperative at the Department of Education and Higher Studies, laboratory tests for hundreds of visitors of the holy shrines of Imam Aba Abdillah Al-Hussayn and his brother Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) coinciding with the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Az-Zahra (peace be upon her) to take advantage of the presence of large numbers of visitors coming to commemorate this occasion, considering their activity a sort of commemoration of this sad anniversary.

This activity held in the area between the two holy shrines, has included many tests such as blood pressure, diabetes and blood type, in addition to offer medical and treatment advices, aiming to raising awareness and health culture of the visitors and to provide these large numbers of the visitors coming to this holy place with this kind of services.

The visitors have praised this initiative, hoping at the same time that it will be repeated especially during the seasons of Ziyarat of millions taking place in the holy shrines of Karbala.

The students' scout camp that was held by the Faculty of Humanities Studies of the Department of Education and Higher Studies, lasted for five days, including many cultural, religious and sport activities, within the activities of the Department of psychological counselling and educational guidance at the college, in order to contribute to the development of individual and collective skills of the students.
