With Arab and international participation, the opening of the fourth session of the international al-'Ameed Conference.

In continuation to its previous sessions, the fourth session of the international al-'Ameed Conference was opened on Thursday morning the 22nd of Dhu al-Hijjah 1438 AH corresponding to the September 14, 2017 under the title "The cultural security, meanings and applications" held by the al-'Ameed International Center for search and studies of the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy shrine under the slogan "We meet in shrine of al-'Ameed to raise", which will last two day with the participation of Arab and international researchers and academics from eight countries: Lebanon, Oman, Algeria, Iran, Great Britain, Canada, Italy and India, in addition to the hosting country; Iraq.

The opening ceremony, which was attended by a large number of researchers and academic from inside and outside Iraq and representatives of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine led by its Secretary-General; Engineer Mohamad al-Ashigar, and held at the hall of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him) started by verses of the Holy Quran, and reading Surat al-Fatiha and then listening to the national anthem and the pride song, followed by the General Secretariat of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine delivered by the General Secretariat; Engineer Mohamad al-Ashigar.

Followed by the word of the Iraqi Academy of Sciences delivered by its President Dr. Ahmad Matloob, then the word of the participating delegations delivered on their behalf by Dr. Mohamad Nasser al-Mahrooqi from Oman, then the word of the Preparatory Committee of the Conference delivered by Dr. 'Ala Jabr al-Musawi.

The opening ceremony also included a short film showing the most important preparations for te conference and the activities of the third edition of the conference in addition to displaying the projects of the al-'Ameed International Center for Research and Studies.

The closing of the opening ceremony of the symposium was with a research titled "The Cultural Security in Introductory meanings" by the researcher Mushtaq Abbas Ma'n from Iraq.
