The Festival of "The Spirit of Prophethood" is a window through which the thought and culture of Lady Az-Zahra (peace be upon her) are revealed.

The head of the Preparatory Committee for the Second edition of the Spirit of Prophethood [rouh al-nobowah] Festival, which is held by the Division of al-Kafeel Women's schools in the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine from the 8 to 10th March 2018 corresponding to the 19 to 21st of Jumada Thaniya 1439 AH under the slogan "Fatima (Peace be upon her), fayd al-Nada [the effluence of dew] and Nasim Al-Jinan [the breeze of heavens]", announced that it is a window through which the thought and culture of Lady Az-Zahra (peace be upon her) are revealed through a set of intellectual and cultural activities.

Mrs Boshra Jabbar added: "The festival, which will be hosted by the central hall of the center of the As-Siddiqah Tahirah of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, is one of the most important women's festivals held by the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, and began to make its way to the world year after year, as after that the number of the countries participating in it have exceeded ten countries plus Iraq, after being only six countries last year."

Indicating: "A special curriculum has been developed for the festival activities, starting from the opening ceremony, where many speeches will be delivered followed by the research sessions, which are considered the most important parts of the festival, which will provide valuable research by researchers from inside and outside Iraq. There will also be poetry sessions and recitation of Quranic verses as well as the presentation of works of art and a gallery of pictures and another of the Arabic calligraphy, which is the result of competitions that have been announced earlier."

It is worth mentioning that the purpose of the festival is to show the status of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her) in all dimensions and to reveal her intellectual manifestations through research that presents and highlights her scientific status and provides libraries with information about this great personality and her intellectual impact in society.
