Opening Part of the External Interface of the Expansion Project

Alongside the activities of the Rabee Alshahada Festival VIII, and in the anniversary of the birth of Abul Fadl AL Abbas AS, Al Abbas Holy Shrine opens part of the interface in the expansion project.

The opening was Monday at 6.00 p.m. in the presence of the Secretary General of Al Abbas Holy Shrine Sayed Ahmed Alsafi and the director of the Engineering Department in the Shiite Council with many figures.

Eng. Dia Majeed, head of the department of engineering projects talked to Alkafeel net “after finishing the interface of the parts 10, 14 of the expansion project, they have been opened alongside the festival”.

Explaining: at the beginning, the project was divided into 14 parts.

He added: achieving these interfaces forms 25% of the project. About 75% of the project achieved forming the structures where 98% achieved.

Adding: each interface differs from the other in terms of the architectural design. Karbalai tiles used to cover the walls with marble.

It is mentioned that the expansion project is the first of its kind since 6 centuries. It is designed and executed by (Ard Al Quds Co.) an Iraqi company in Karbala, and supervised by the department of Engineering Projects in Al Abbas Holy Shrine.
