With the participation of more than 60 participants, the conclusion of the two Quranic sessions of Rasool A'dham and Sayed al-Ma'.

In continuation of the series of specialized Quranic courses which the Institute of the Holy Quran at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has established. The Unit of Recitation and Preparation of its readers has completed the two great sessions of Rasool al-A'dham [Great Prophet] (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) and of Sayed al-Ma' [Master of Water i.e.: al-Abbas] (peace be upon him) that focused on the Iraqi and Egyptian recitation, because the two methods are distinctive in reading the Holy Quran, as they are characterized by reciting the verses of the Holy Quran with sadness and reverence, as it is called in the holy narrations.

The number of participants in these sessions are 60 participants from inside and outside the holy city of Karbala. The courses were held under the supervision of professors who have experience in this area, which enabled them to teach these two [Iraqi and Egyptian] Quranic schools to this number of readers.

The two courses included specialized lessons in the recitation, voice and melody of all the original and subsidiary kinds, in addition to the Quranic performance of the verses of the Holy Quran in the Iraqi and Egyptian ways. The courses were supervised by Haj Alaa Eddin Hamoud and the reader Sayed. Haydar Gelokhan.

Director of the Institute of the Holy Quran; Sheikh Jawad Nasrawi spoke during his speech at the closing ceremony about the virtues of the Holy Quran and the status of those who seek to learn and teach it in Islam, expressing his great hope that graduates carry the Quranic knowledge they learned and then teach it in their regions and provinces.

On their part, and during their speech at the ceremony, they expressed their great thanks to the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, the Institute of the Holy Quran and their professors for their two-year effort to teach them to recite the Holy Book of Allah.
