The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine organises the Ziyarat of Samarra to revive the night of al-Qadr and transport more than 3250 visitors there.

For the second consecutive year, the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine organizes on Tuesday 22nd of the holy month of Ramadhan 1440AH corresponding to May 28, 2019 a fleet of buses to transport more than (3,250) visitors for free to revive Laylat al-Qadr at the shrine of the imams al-Hadi and al-'Askari (Peace be upon both of them) in the holy city of Samarra.

The busses transporting the visitors started from Karbala after the Dhuh and 'Asr prayers, to reach the holy shrine in Samarra at the time of Iftar and prayers of Maghreb and Isha, and then the revival rituals of the night of al-Qadr started until the dawn prayer of the next day, then the busses transported the visitors back to the holy city of Karbala.

The member of the Board of Directors of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; Mr. Mustafa Dea' Uddin stated: "This initiative, launched by the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine for the second year in a row, came in order to encourage the believers and urge them to revive these great nights of this holy month in this holy shrine of Imam al-Hadi and Imam al-'Askari (peace be upon both of them) and the House of Imam, the Master of the Order and the Time (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance).

He added: "This program will continue, God willing, even in the coming years, for which a number of brothers were nominated by the General Secretariat of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, to facilitate the organization of this program, and the coordination with the Holy Shrine in Samarra to prepare The Iftar and Sohoor meals for the visitors."

Inviting the believers from inside and outside Iraq to perpetuate the revival of the Hussayni rituals in the holy shrine of Imam al-Hadi and Imam al-'Askari (peace be upon both of them) throughout the year.
