The Holy Shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) hosts a poetic evening commemorating Eid al-Ghadeer.

The Department of the Holy Sanctuary's Care at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine held on Tuesday evening (18th Dhu al-Hijjah 1440 AH) corresponding to August 20, 2019, its annual poetic festival on the occasion of the Eid al-Ghadeer with the participation of a number of poets and Munshids.

The festival, which was held inside the holy sanctuary of the Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) was attended by a large number of visitors who came in this occasion to share their joy with the lovers of Ahl al-Bayt (prayers and peace be upon them) around the world on this great occasion.

The ceremony started by a blessed recitation of verses of the Holy Quran, then the poets; Hussein Abu Iraq, Mohamad al-Fatemi, Mohamad al-A'rajibi delivered their poems about the love of the commander of the Faithful and the Master of the Guardians; Imam Ali (peace be upon him). Then the Munshid Thamer al-'Aredhi chanted some eulogies on this joyful celebration.
