The Department of Religious Affairs organizes Fatwa stations to guide and advise the visitors of the Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).

According to the statement of the head of the religious affairs department at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to Al-Kafeel Network, the mentioned department has included in its plan for the Ziyarat Arba'een, Fatwa stations inside the holy shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and the area between the two holy shrines, to answer the religious questions of the visitors."

Indicating: "The department has selected the best of the scholars to help and support the department's staff during this season, in addition to Sayeds and Sheikhs who talk other languages than Arabic for answering questions of the non-Arabic speakers."

Sheikh Salah Al-Karbala'i explained: "Having witnessed a high demand by visitors in the previous seasons, we continued to open and work to develop these stations and increase their number. These stations meet a number of educational and awareness service such as answering religious questions in jurisprudence and doctrines, as well as the distribution of religious publications and leaflets about the Ziyarat to educate visitors, in addition to the distribution of copies of the text of the Ziyarat Arba'een, and are conducting continuous religious lectures throughout the day ".
