The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine allocates more than 300 vehicles to transport the Ziyarat Arba'een.

Head of the Vehicles' Department of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; Engineer Abdul Jawad Kadhim announced that 315 vehicles of various capacities have been allocated to contribute in transporting the incoming visitors to perform the Ziyarat of Arba'een in the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them), within a plan developed by the department for this purpose, and which began since more than a week, culminating in this day of 20th Safar in the most important axes, which is the axis (Karbala - Hilla).
He added: "Our transport plan was supported by Etihad Food Industries, the Civil Aviation Authority and vehicles from Al-H'ssein village. A midway road near Ibrahimia control was created to be used to sustain, clean and fill the vehicles with fuel, as well as a resting place for the drivers whether from affiliates or from the volunteers. We have also opened a mobile repair detachment to repair any malfunction or disruption at any vehicle, with a number of drivers being put in place to replace any driver. ”
"We have also prepared a number of specialized vehicles to contribute to the service plan of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, such as drainage trucks, water trucks and ambulance," he said.
He stressed: "The work continues for 24 hours and we will continue until the last visitors leave Karbala."
