A delegation from the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine attends the festival of "Baqiyyatu Allah" in the holy Masjid As-Sahlah on the birthday of the awaited Imam (peace be upon him)..

With the participation of a delegation from the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, the annual festival of "Baqiyyatu Allah" in its ninth edition was held in the holy Masjid As-Sahlah by its Secretariat General, on Tuesday 16th Sha'ban 1437 AH corresponding to the 24th May 2016, to celebrate the birthday of the awaited Imam, the Owner of the Order and Time (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance).
The festival, which was attended by the head of the Shiite Endowment and a number of the religious and cultural figures as well as the masses of the believers, has started by the recitation of verses of the Holy Quran, followed by the word of the Secretary-General of the great holy Masjid of As-Sahla; Dr. Mudar Al-Sayed Ali Khan Al-Madani, in which he said:
"Dear beloved, we are recalling during this beautiful night, the blessings of heaven of the eve of the fifteenth of the great month of Sha'ban, in which the flowers have bloomed and the stars have shined. And as we are in this blessed Masjid, we share the joys of the believers on earth and in the happy skies, as we were called by our Imams (peace be upon them) to celebrate their joys and commemorate their sad occasions. May Allah make us among those who are steadfast on the Wilayat of Holy Household of Mohammad (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy household) and who dissociate from their enemies... And at the end, I would like to present my thanks and gratitude to everyone who has made a step to this holy place and this blessed shrine."
Followed by the word of the head of the Shiite Endowment; Sayed 'Ala Al-Musawi, who has presented the congratulations for this auspicious anniversary, saying: "As a generation that was educated by the Minbar of Imam Al-Hussayn and the school of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them), we have a heavy responsibility on our shoulders, to convey this trust to the future generation, the trust of the loyalty and wilayat of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and the knowledge of the Owner of the Order (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance), the trust of the correct culture and morals of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them), especially that this generation face many obstacles, as all media and social networks are opened for each of them, and all kind of infortmation come inside our homes without selection. But this does not preclude us to be proactive by disseminating the culture of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and feeding our children the love of Ahl Al-Bayt and the Master of the Time and the Order (peace be upon them), which is a responsibility of everyone, whether the family or the school."
The director of Al-Ameer cultural center; Sayed Riyadh Al-Musawi has also presentd his word in which he explained that the awaited Imam (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance) is the sap of the divine will from Adam to the Seal of Prophets, and from the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) to him. And his also showed how we can consolidate our relationship with our Imam and how can we fulfill our responsibility towards him.
The ceremony included many other participation, such as religious stazas [mowashahat] and poems about the love of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and the blessed birth of the Owner of the Order and the Time (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance).
