Recommendations in the closing ceremony of the first cultural festival of the Fatwa of the sufficient duty of Jihad, to hold annually the festival with broader participation.

The Preparatory Committee of the first edition of the cultural festival of the Fatwa of the sufficient duty of the Jihad, which was concluded on Friday 19th Sha'ban 1437 AH corresponding to the 27th May 2016, has recommended on the continuation of holding annually this festival with broader participation and with a focus on the role of the holy shrines in the work on the Fatwa, accompanied by the security, service and human efforts.
These were the important points of the word of the preparatory committee delivered by Sayed. 'Aqeel Abd Al-Hussayn Al-Yassiri, the vice head of the department of the intellectual and cultural affairs at the Al-abbas's (p) holy shrine, stating: " We have held the first edition of the cultural festival of the Fatwa of the sufficient duty of the Jihad, to recall this fatwa and the victories of the heroes of this country in their battle for the homeland and the holy places... This festival includes many cultural activities to be a historical document of the Iraqi creativity to interact and to revive the enthousiasm. along with the heroes in the battlefronts.. We are trying though setting us such cultural projects to entrench the principles of this identity and belonging and to reinforce the momentum state in various fields, in order to preserve our existence in front of all attempts to our destruction..."
Then, Sayed 'Aqeel Abd Al-Hussayn Al-Yassiri enumerated the recommendations of this festival as follows:
1- We call upon the issuance of a historical document, documenting the battles' names of the liberation, including the names of the formations participating in the liberation, their numbers and the number of martyrs. To be signed by the leaders of these formations, in addition to a number of the notables of the liberated areas. The document must be in three copies, to be delivered to the museum of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, the House of manuscripts of the holy shrines and the House of the Iraqi documents, in order to preserve these great achievements to the future generations.
2- Urging the satellite channels, news agencies, photographers and owners of production entreprises, to intensify the filming and production of documentary films about the heroism of the fighters.
3-To continue to set up annually this festical with broader participation, on a focus on the role of the holy shrines in the work on the fatwa, accompanied by the security, service and human efforts.
4-Inviting everyone to not be dragged into sedition and malicious rumours that would weaken the morale and patriotism, and waiting for the competent pens to analyse and reply.
5- Inviting the decision-makers to establish a memorial at the entrances of cities, villages and towns of the martyrs of the sacred defense and their victories in the fields of pride, honor and dignity, for the future generations.
