The al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad announces its new weapon "Mu`ayyad" and confirms that is a pure Iraqi weapon.

The supervisor of the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad; Mr. Maitham al-Zaidi, has announced its new and unique weapon that will enter the battle to liberate Tal-A'far, under the name "Mu`ayyad" in memory of the martyr; Commander Mu`yyad al-Hajjar; one of the heroes of the squad who had the honor of martyrdom in the liberation battle of Bashir.

This statement came during the press conference held by the leadership of the squad in the presence of the audio, visual, readable and electronic media, which was held on Monday morning the 21st of Dhu al-Qi'dah 1438 AH corresponding to the August 14, 2017. After the completion of the experiments carried out on this weapon and other weapon "Shihab".

Al-Zaidi has stated that the weapon "Mu`ayyad" is a modern and sophisticated system that has the characteristics of exploration and monitoring of targets with high precision. The monitoring equipment gives accurate coordinates of anything suspicious, upon these coordinates the target is attacked with the use of a special quality weapon in record time.

The other weapon is a control and combat system at the same time, as it monitors the enemy through high-resolution cameras that are programmed according to a system fed by the information about the enemy, and it is linked to the weapon that attacks it automatically without the intervention of the human element. This creativity is of the heroes of the squad of al-Abbas (peace be upon him), and it is the graduation project of one of the students of Karbala University.

Mr. al-Zaidi has confirmed that: "These weapons and equipment were invented and implemented with pure Iraqi minds and hands and will participate in the battle to liberate Tal A'far."

And he added: "Today, we have conducted tests on these weapons that have proved their success according to what is planned, to be added to the other achievement of the squad that has also proved its success and efficiency, system "Raqeeb", which monitors and observes the movements of the enemy at a distance of 14 kilometers or more."
