The cadres of the engineering maintenance and construction department at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine have resumed their work in the Qur’anic complex project of the Institute of the Noble Qur’an, in order to accommodate the expansion of the Qur’anic projects adopted by the institute. The place was chosen in the Al-'Alqami Service Complex, located on the Babylon-Karbala road, on an area of 1,300 square meters.
Engineer Mohammad Mustafa al-Taweel, head of the Construction Division in the aforementioned department, said: “The project was established based on the requirements of the institute on which its design was developed. It consists of (11) classrooms, as well as (20) A room used as a residence for students participating in the programs prepared by the institute, with the possibility of being used for the accommodation of the visitors during the large and special Ziyarat. The complex also includes administrative rooms and a large meeting room on an area of (250) square meters, in addition to a studio and bathrooms."
He added, "The work on the project is currently going within what is planned, design and implementation. The stoppage that occurred was a result of the department's cadres being occupied with the building works of Hayat buildings. And God willing, it will be delivered on time, with technical specifications and high-quality structures to suit the purpose for which it was established."
