The Imam al-Hadi (peace be upon him) Hospitality Complex is one of the service complexes of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, which was built to contribute to receiving and providing services to the largest possible number of visitors, in addition to the delegations and personalities who have the honor to visit the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).
The complex was implemented under the direct supervision of the Engineering Projects Department at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, and with an artistic touch that combined originality and modernity of implementation, making it become one of the landmarks and service centers in the holy province of Karbala.
The project was built on an area of (1000) square meters, except for the sidewalk space, and it consists of eight floors with an underground floor (basement), which is a sanitary complex for men and women. It contains (100) health units.
The first floor was dedicated to receiving guests and some systems from cameras and cooling, while the other floors were allocated to 110 suites and rooms.
The second floor is dedicated to the host department, which is a central kitchen and dining hall, while the last floor is for two conference rooms, and also includes a group of service systems.
