The engineering projects department starts pouring complementary spaces for the Umm Al-Baneen Courtyard Project (Peace be upon her)

The Engineering Projects Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has started the work of pouring the complementary areas of the roof of the Umm Al-Baneen Courtyard (peace be upon her) with an area of 340 square meters.

Engineer Hussein Mohammed Baqer said that "our staffs have started the work of pouring the complementary areas of the roof of the Umm Al-Baneen courtyard basement (peace be upon her), which amounts to 340 square meters, and thus we have completed 80% of the structural works of the project".

"These spaces will include rooms and halls, in addition to the control rooms that belong to the project, and will be implemented according to architectural designs that have been approved previously,"he added.

The project is being implemented by the Ardh Al-Quds construction contracting company (an Iraqi company), and funded by the Shiite endowment bureau, while the courtyard, after its completion, will constitute a qualitative leap in accommodating the numbers of visitors, reducing their momentum, in addition to providing services to them.
