The project's accomplishment of the Al-Kafeel residential complex is of 70% ..

The project's works of the Al-Kafeel residential complex for the staff of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine continue with all its parts according to the approved plan and designs and under the direct supervision of the Department of the engineering projects at the holy shrine, which led to the emergence of positive impact on the ground and urged the executing company (Sibtayn company for General Contracting) to make every effort to reach 70% of completion percentage, according to Maher Abd Al-Ameer Salman the Managing Director of the mentioned company.

The head of the Engineering Projects Department; engineer Dea' Majeed Al-Sa'igh explained for his part the Al-Kafeel Network:"The works are constant and continuous in all the project's parts and reached the finishing stage, which includes the installation of doors, windows, exterior doors and pvc and glass for windows, in addition to the works on plaster that reached advanced stages coming after the works of electrical installation, as well as covering 62% of the flooring with Kashi. Also finishing the sanitary rooms and kitchens and covering them with ceramic, which comes in parallel with the secondary ceiling works."
Adding: "As for the achievement percentage of the sewage system and rainwater, it reaches 75%, and during the sixth month all these systems will be completed. As for the roads' works, the achievement percentage is of 35% and the works are continuous according to constant mechanisms and to the developed plans agreed upon."
Mr. Al-Sa'igh explained: "The work in this project continues throughout 24 hours with shift system, and currently 125 housing units out of 829 have been completed."
It is worth mentioning that the aim of the establishment of this project is to appreciate and value the efforts of the staff of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in the service of the visitors of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him), and in order to provide them with a decent housing in line with the international evolution in the field of housing, especially with the country's crisis in this field from the high rents to the too high residential land prices in the holy city of Karbala. The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has then created this residential project for its staff under the name of Al-Kafeel residential complex to be distributed to them at a subsidized price and comfortable installments.
