The Iraqi Prime Minister: Al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital represents a case of progress and a qualitative leap in the partnership between the public and private sectors, and I call for the dissemination of this experience on the rest of the provinces.

"This project, which was implemented while we are fighting the enemies of the nation in a holy war, is a case of progress and a qualitative leap in the partnership between the public and private sectors, and I call for the dissemination of this experience and benefiting from it in the rest of the Iraqi provinces, so they visit it and see how it was implemented in a record time breaking all governmental administrative and bureaucratic constraints."
This is what has stated the Iraqi Prime Minister in the word he delivered in the opening ceremony of Al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, held on Tuesday the 22nd Dhu Al-Hijjah 1436 AH corresponding to the 6th October 2015, in which he also said:
"I congratulate you for this achievement on this Holy Land, the land of sacrifice and pride, this project was performed and completed during this period where we are engaged in a fierce war against the enemies of this nation, the enemies of humanity, who do not want no good or achievement to remain in this land. and in the time where our children are fighting those terrorists in the battlefields, our children here are working in this edifice for the service of of people and humanity."
Adding: "The project is as important as the holy war engaged by our fighters in the battle fronts, as thanks to their sacrifices in those fronts we would not be here, and have visited them and we have witnessed how they fight in cold and hot weather and are not preoccupied by anything other than continuing supplying and supporting them so they continue their fight, this is the spirit of sacrifice and redemption learned from the Master of martyrs (peace be upon him), this is the spirit that enables us to stray steadfast and continue the fight. And this project represents a real qualitative leap in this sacrifice, and in the partnership between the public and private sectors, as it is the private sector that blows up energies and talents and represents a clear case of progress."
Mr. Al-'Abadi also stated: "This achievement of today is a symbol and represents a state of progress and I hope it will be reproduced in Karbala and in other provinces to work on encouraging investment environment, and I call for the generalization of this experience and delegations from other provinces visit this hospital to see the fruits of this cooperation between the public and private sectors, as it is a good project that disseminate peace like our fighting project is a peace project as we are defending the peace and safety."
