Finishing the roads preparations for the Third and Fourth Warehouse Group.

The technical and engineering staff working on the third and fourth Warehouse Group project located on the Karbala-Najaf road, have completed the preparatory work on the main and secondary roads to start the pavement works.

And according to the explanations of the head of the Engineering Projects Department at the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine; engineer Diaa Majeed al-Sa’egh, to the Al Kafeel Global Network, and added: "The paving works go through several stages, as after the project's infrastructure works that included the pipeline works, the work of roads’ preparation started to be carried out in accordance with the technical specifications and the plans agreed upon with the executing company, which guarantees the safety of its users, and corresponding to the size of the project according to a predefined plan, including:

1- A field study, to measure the height of roads and curves.

2- Putting a clean sand layer by rebalancing the level to cover and protect the pipes.

3- Performing level work for all roads by increasing the resistance of weak corners if there are any.

4- Rebalancing the level of the soil.

Showing: "The construction of the group's external fence and installation of the project's systems, such as cameras, electricity, alarm and others, have been completed."

It should be noted that the project of 3rd and 4th Warehouse Group, is one of the projects adopted by the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine, in order to prepare a suitable infrastructure for all future project. And according to the plan, the area of the project is 37 dunums (almost 93 750 m2), divided into two workshops, each of 6000 m2 for 4 warehouses of one floor on 2500 m2 for each warehouse.
