The servants of the Holy Sanctuary continue the periodic washing and perfuming works.

The servants of the Holy Sanctuary of Qamar of Bani Hashem; Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) continue providing various services to the visitors of the Holy City of Karbala. And among the periodic tasks assigned to the sanctuary's care division are washing and perfuming the holy sanctuary to create a spiritual atmosphere for the honorable visitors.

The official of the Sanctuary's Care Division, Mr. Zain Al-Abideen Adnan Ahmed, stated: “The Sanctuary's Care Division is honored with the task of washing and perfuming the sanctuary, which we started at twelve o'clock in the middle of the night, because of the decline in the momentum of visitors at this time, and we have finished these works at four in the morning."

He added: "The staffs in the division began their work, first in clearing the chandeliers near the holy mausoleum, as well as cleaning glass and mirrors, and then washing the holy grid and all sides of the sanctuary."

In conclusion: “After the washing process, we started perfuming the holy grid and sanctuary using special incense [Bukhur] and perfumes such as Arabic Aoud and distinctive roses. Our work today included furnishing a new set of luxurious handmade carpets."
