The al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad inspects 1750 square kilometers of desert during the ongoing "Heroes of Iraq" operation.

The al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad; brigade / 26 popular mobilization accomplished during the operations of (Heroes of Iraq) the first stage that has been implemented, inspecting (1750) square kilometers of desert, where its forces continue to complete the tasks entrusted to them with determination and steadfastness.
The division's chief of staff, Sayed. Haider Al-Mousawi, told the central media: "The district of the squad with the brigade / 16 of federal police in the operation starts from Al-Nukhaib towards Al-Baj with a front (70 km) and a depth inside the desert of (25 km)."
"The aim of the operation is to inspect the desert and search for terrorists and outlaws," he said.
It is worth noting that the squad's forces launched yesterday morning from Al-Nukhaib side to search and clean large areas of the desert, in coordination with the Joint Operations Command and the Middle Euphrates operations, to hunt down the remnants of the ISIS terrorist group, and with the participation of many brigades, regiments, support forces and the rest of the squad's divisions.
