Rehabilitation of one of the residential neighborhood streets in Karbala.

The staffs of the Engineering Maintenance Department in the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine completed the rehabilitation and cladding of one of the main roads leading to a neighborhood in the holy city of Karbala (Jabour Al-Hafedh), after that appeals were received by the people of this neighborhood, so the response was quick within the available capabilities, and now the residents of this neighborhood can move through it after it was an impediment to them, especially in the rainy seasons.
The official of the constructional Division in the aforementioned department, which undertook these works, engineer Muhammed Mustafa Shaker Al-Tawil, explained to the al-Kafeel Network, saying: “After receiving the guidance by the General Secretariat of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, we formed a working team to accomplish it, and at the beginning we conducted a field survey of the street, and then we started the work that included fixing the levels and uprightness of the street, removing the existing debris, and preparing the street for work after removing obstacles. After that the cadres buried the street with sand with a thickness of (60 cm), and then a layer of mixed gravel with a height (15 cm), with appropriate preparation and a generous reduction combined with water spray. "
