The ritual department honors students who won the free painting competition for children.

The Hussayni Rituals and processions department of the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) on Wednesday (24th Jumada II 1441 AH) corresponding to (February 19, 2020) honored the students who won the first three places in the free children's painting competition under the age of ten, which is held every year in the Fatimi sorrows season in the square between the two holy shrines.

The honor that was held at the Hall of Ceremonies of the Holy Shrine was attended by the head of the aforementioned department; Haj Riyad Nehmeh Al-Salman, and the head of the Department of Education and Higher Education Dr. Ahmed Sobeih.

This honor comes to encourage them and motivate the rest of the children to participate in this events in the coming years, which aims to instill the love of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in the hearts of children, in order to follow in their footsteps and realize the harm and injustice that they passed through over the years…
