The Digital Information Center provides the library of the College of Administration and Economics at Al-Mustansiriya University with an electronic library database.

The Digital Information Center of the Library and House of Manuscripts at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine provided the library of the College of Administration and Economics at Al-Mustansiriya University, with an electronic library database with theses, and e-books, which are appropriate to the college’s specialization and contribute to meeting the needs of its students from the initial stages and postgraduate studies.
This initiative is part of the approach taken by the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine for the generalization of benefit particularly in the scientific, research and academic fields.
Dr. Sabah Saad is director of the Library of the College of Administration and Economics at Al-Mustansiriya University. After receiving this e-bag, he expressed his thanks and gratitude for the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine for this step, as it will establish a channel for future work and communication that will benefit both sides.
Eng. Ahmed Majeed Abdul Hussein of the Digital Information Center explained to the al-Kafeel Network: "This initiative is part of a series of initiatives and projects that our center has undertaken with a number of universities and academic institutions, and included what was provided to the Al-Mustansiriya University Library:
- Directory of thesis and university theses, which is the outcome of an effort that lasted for years and led to the collection and tabulation of thousands of university theses in various scientific and human specialties in four parts, one part contains more than (7000) theses.
- (500) Electronic copies of Iraqi university theses.
- (199) E-book in the field of administration and economics.
- An integrated electronic database in the above mentioned electronic sources, in order to make the electronic library accessible to researchers and postgraduate students.
