The servants of both holy shrines renew their covenant and loyalty to the Imam Al-Hadi (peace be upon him) on the anniversary of his martyrdom.

In this great tragedy of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali al-Hadi (peace be upon him), the grief and mourning overshadowed the holy shrines of imam Al-Hussayn and Al-Abbas (peace be upon them)

Within their general annual program in commemorating birth and martyrdom's anniversaries of the infallible imams (peace be upon them), both holy shrines has prepared a special program for the commemorations of this sad occasion that befell lovers and followers of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in the third day of the month of Rajab.

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine that was covered with black, has declared mourning. And to express their heartfelt sorrow, its employees prepared a program of commemoration included the establishment of religious lectures within the courtyard of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him), as well as the organization of Majlis ("consolation" gathering) held in the hall of hospitality of Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine.

On the afternoon of the Friday 3 Rajab 1441 AH corresponding to February 28, 2020, the staff of both holy shrines went in a consolation parade, enlightened by the missionary and heroic position of the Imam Al-Hadi (peace be upon him) in the dissemination of his pure fathers' sciences and his defence of the faith and the Islamic message. The employees’ procession reiterated loyalty cheers and covenant poems that renewed grief of the Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) for the martyrdom of Imam Abu Mohammad Ali al-Hadi (peace be upon him).
