Important: The suspension of holding Friday prayer this week.

In view of the current health conditions in the country and to preserve the safety of the faithful, and in line with the directives of the Supreme Religious Authority and the recommendations of the Karbala Health Service, it was decided not to hold Friday prayers for this week.
On Thursday (9 Rajab 1441 AH) corresponding to (5 March 2020 AD), the Imam al-Hussayn's (p) holy shrine issued a brief statement in this regard: (It is in view of the current health condition, and in the care of what the Health Department of Karbala called for, to refrain from holding large gatherings in Nowadays, it has been decided not to perform the Friday prayer this week).
