EL-Abbas holy shrine makes the biggest floral carpet in the Second International Flower Fair in Basra - Iraq

The service Affairs Department of the EL-Abbas holy shrine made the biggest floral carpet in its participation in the Second International Flower Fair held in Basra city. The in-charge of the above-mentioned department Haj Kheleel Mahdi Mohammed, said, “This floral design is 200 square meters made out of 20 000 different flowers. In the middle of the carpet, there is a phrase says (Oh the handsome-faced Abbas of all Hashim tribe).”

It’s been mentioned that the participation in such fairs was to demonstrate the upswing EL-Abbas holy shrine witnesses nowadays inside and outside of Iraq.
