The staffs of the Engineering Projects Department set up systems for sterilization in each of Al Safir Hospital, Al Kafeel Hospital and Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) Medical City.

The staffs of the Engineering Projects Division installed advanced systems for sterilization that operate automatically, in the Safir Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) hospital, the Kafeel Specialized Hospital and the Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) medical city, and this comes as a precaution in hospitals to curb the spread of the novel Corona virus.
The official of the Implementation and Development Unit within the workshop of the aforementioned department, Eng. Mostafa Saad explained to the al-Kafeel network: “The systems consist of an iron structure, a movement sensor and a special tank of resistance chemicals and water pumps.” Adding: "The sterilization system sterilize people and things, which reduce the danger of being infected of Corona pandemic."
For his part, Dr. Mahdi Saheb; head of the Infection Control Unit at Al-Kafeel Specialized Hospital, said: "These systems are used to sterilize people in addition to solid objects, such as beds of patients, oxygen cylinders, and others, using sterilization materials such as oxidizing water, which is highly capable of killing bacteria and viruses."
