The continuation of sterilization campaign in service complexes of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

The campaign of sterilization launched by the Follow-up Committee on Preventive Measures Formed by the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, continues its activities according to a plan developed for this purpose, aimed at preventing and limiting the spread of the risks of the Corona epidemic.

Among the sites affiliated to the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine that were subjected to the campaign of sterilization are the service complexes in it from the cities of visitors and its hotels, taking advantage of the fact that they are free of visitors, they are sterilized according to a timetable and spatial table devoted to these works, and by implementing specialized preventive teams and using specialized materials accepted by the Medical Affairs Division at the Holy Shrine, and provided by the Khair al-Joud Company in a manner compatible with the nature and origin of all its contents. The campaign included all the service complexes' facilities from main halls, rooms, and service facilities to the surrounding areas and roads leading to them, as well as internal and external wall and gardens.

The official of the Medical Affairs Division at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, Dr. Osama Abdel-Hassan and a member of the aforementioned committee, explained to the al-Kafeel Network in a previous interview, saying: “Since the formation of the Preventive Measures Follow-up Committee, we have developed a plan of action that includes many parts, the main purpose of which is to prevent and reduce the spread of the Corona virus as possible, by using scientific methods recommended by the Iraqi Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization, and among these measures is continuous sterilization."
