Important: The Popular Mobilization leaders announce their transition from the Popular Mobilization Body and confirm their support for volunteers.

The leadership of the Popular Mobilization Forces, formed by the holy shrines, represented by the two fighting Squads - Imam Ali and Abbas - and Brigades - Ali Al-Akbar and Ansar al-Marji'yah - with administrative numbers (2,11,26,44) announced this Thursday evening (29 Sha'ban 1441 AH) corresponding to (April 23, 2020), its transfer from the Popular Mobilization Body, according to the order number (MR / S / D 6/946) on April 19, 2020 issued by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, published in the media yesterday.
It also indicated that it is considering joining the rest of the forces and brigades willing to do so according to: national standards, legal controls, and constitutional obligations, and it will also communicate with the Popular Mobilization leadership and directorates to coordinate the transition.
For its part, the leadership confirmed that it will continue to support the volunteers who have met the call of the Religious Authority and the country at the level of training and courses, or at the level of medical and humanitarian services and others.
And it indicated that this transition will not affect the level of coordination with the Brigades of the popular mobilization, stressing that it is moving in accordance with national visions and what the nature of the conditions in Iraq require, and it does not carry any negative orientations or feelings towards any party, regardless of its actions, but it seeks to correct some paths, and maintain the blessed project to defend the Iraqis (land, people and sanctities), responding to the call of truth, wisdom and humanity launched by the Supreme Religious Authority; Sayed Ali al-Husseini al-Sistani.
It also affirmed that all its procedures were carried out under the patronage and follow-up of His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Barham Salih, and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Dr. Adel Abdul-Mahdi, and some security and official leaderships, as well as the representatives of the Supreme Religious Authority; His Eminence Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalai, and His Eminence Sayed Ahmad Al-Safi, pledging to our people and its active forces in building a security and service institution that promotes the burdens of historical honesty, national responsibility and the legal mandate towards the country to provide a valid model for service and defense.
Thankful to all the religious and governmental bodies and the various organizations supporting this blessed project, and praying for the mercy of the martyrs of this dear country, and the healing and safety for the wounded heroes, and the supplication to God Almighty would save our country and the rest of the countries from the evil of the harmful pandemic (Corona).
