Proper & colloquial poetry, raising the El-Abbas banner, & a request for rerunning the Cultural Week Festival are the significant activities of the third day of the festival

The Secretariats-General of the Imam Hussein and El-Abbas holy shrines and in cooperation with the International Media Organization, a poetic activity held on May 6, 2013.

The activity inaugurated with reciting some verses of Noble Qur’an, and then a poet namely Haj Ali Kadhum Soltan, from Iraq, specifically Kerbala’ City, and is the head of the Department of Media of the Imam Hussein holy shrine delivered his poem, then the president of the Arab Poets Association in Iran, in addition to some other poets and great figures that took part in such a festival.

A request by the local nationals raised for rerunning this great festival in some other cities.
