Preparations are underway for the second phase of the Al-Hayat Building project in Baghdad

The Engineering Maintenance Department of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine announced that preparations are currently being made for the second stage of construction of the fifth Hayat building dedicated to treating people with corona, in the capital Baghdad and within the Ibn al-Qaf Hospital next to the Rusafa neighborhood. And that the work is taking place at an increasing pace despite the roughness and difficulty of the ground that needed additional work, in order to prepare it and proceed to the rest of the works successively.

This was confirmed to the al-Kafeel Network by the resident engineer of the project; Karar Brihi, and added: "The two stages of preparation, modification and leveling of the project floor are among the most important stages for the start of work, and the fact that the land was left full of rubble and debris, it took us all this time, but thank God Almighty we have finished all of these works, and now preparations are underway for the next stage. "

Noting: "As an introduction to the second stage, a specialized team from our department determined the land and took the required heights and the required earthworks and spaces, which it is hoped will be completed during the next two days, God willing, provided that the rest of the works will follow successively, which will be carried out quickly and within what is planned. Also, within the preparatory matters, a place has been set up to accommodate the rest of the working staff, and to prepare all the logistical matters that they need during the period of their work."

Stressing that: "The (5000) square meters of the lobby building will be divided in principle into (120) isolated and individual rooms (Suites), equipped with a separate bathroom, in addition to two rooms for doctors and two rooms for nurses. In addition to three rooms designated for management, store and pharmacy, and this is what was planned, while additional rooms or spaces can be added. "

He concluded: "In the meantime, our engineering staff in the department are working in cooperation with the beneficiary, to prepare the required plans that are compatible with the available space and the site allocated to the project, in order to achieve the highest benefit and the largest number of isolation rooms with the best services."
