The first part of the works of the Fifth Hayat Building project in Baghdad, reached a completion rate of more than 30%.

The staffs working on the Fifth Hayat Building project to treat people infected with the Corona virus, which is implemented by the engineering maintenance staff in the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine for the Rusafa Health Department, announced that the work has reached more than 30% in its first part, and the work continues daily by more than (18) hours, and it is hoped that the project will be completed at the end of the next month or at the beginning of the following month.
Engineer Ali Al-Har, one of the engineers of the project, confirmed this to the al-Kafeel Network, adding, "After that the project area of ​​5,000 square meters was divided into three parts to ensure the continuity and non-interruption of works. And the completion rates of installing the sandwich panels on the steel structure reached more than 50% in the first part, which covers an area of ​​1377 square meters and contains 56 single rooms."
He added, "In this part, all the plumbing work has also been completed and the bathrooms in each room were connected to the main conveyor pipes, after which they will be prepared for ceramic cladding and fixing their sections of PVC. Thus, the work in this part will be accelerated."
And Al-Har indicated, "The casting of the concrete foundations in the second part of ​​1377 square meters and contains 56 rooms, was completed to start directly the installation of its iron sections after cutting them according to the required standard. As for the third part, it has been prepared by casting concrete foundations also."
