The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine responded to the call of the people and the medical staff of Babylon Governorate, and began building the Seventh Hayat Lobby for the treatment of people affected by the novel Corona virus, to complement the similar projects it had established in Karbala, Najaf, Baghdad and Muthanna.
This is according to what was stated to the al-Kafeel Network, by the Deputy Secretary General of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; Eng. Abbas Musa, who stated: “After an appeal was received from medical staff in Babylon Governorate by the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, to establish a Hayat building to treat those affected by the novel Corona virus, and to increase its clinical capacity to contain this epidemic and contribute to supporting health efforts in the province. The response was swift, despite the fact that the Holy Shrine's staff being busy with similar work in Karbala, Baghdad, and Muthanna."
Noting: "The project will be held within the medical city of Marjan in coordination with the health department of Babylon Governorate, on an area of (3500) square meters that will include more than (85) single rooms with rooms for medical, nursing and service staffs. And the Engineering Maintenance Department at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has initiated conducting a site inspection of the project's location. And now it is preparing the project's plans, which will be implemented after approval by the beneficiary, and in a manner that ensures the achievement of the best treatment services for the people in the province of Babylon."
It is noteworthy that this building is one of three lobbies that are being implemented by the engineering maintenance staff at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, in Baghdad, Muthanna and Karbala Governorates, in addition to three lobbies already completed and operational in the medical city of Hussein (peace be upon him) and another in the al-Hindiya Public Hospital in Karbala, and the third was carried out for the Hospital of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) in the province of Najaf.
