The Secretary-General of the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine congratulates Dr. Haider Al-Shammari for assuming the presidency of the Shiite Endowment.

The Secretary-General of the al-Abbas's (P) Holy Shrine, Eng. Muhammad al-Ashigar and his accompanying delegation, which included a number of members of the esteemed Board of Directors of the Holy Shrine and some of its departments' heads, congratulated Dr. Haider al-Shammari for assuming the position of head of the Shiite endowment office, on an official visit this afternoon Tuesday (28 Dhu al-Hijjah 1441 AH) corresponding to (August 18, 2020) at the al-Kadhemiyah holy shrine, after that the members of the delegation were honored by performing the Ziyarat of the shrine of Imam al-Kadhem and Imam al-Jawad (peace be upon them both).
Mr. Al-Ashigar conveyed the greetings of the Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, His Eminence Sayed. Ahmad Al-Safi, and his wishes for him to complete his predecessor's march to serve the holy shrines and their visitors.
The two sides also discussed the most important urban and intellectual projects implemented by the al-Abbas's Holy Shrine, the services it provided during the outbreak of the Corona epidemic, and the support of the health authorities and medical staff to contain this epidemic, in addition to the measures that it took to maintain the safety of visitors and staffs alike.
Dr. Al-Shammari appreciated this visit and sent his greetings to all workers at the al-Abbas's holy shrine, headed by His Eminence, for the works they present and that deserve thanks and praise.
The delegation of the al-Abbas's Holy Shrine concluded its visit by presenting blessed gifts from the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), asking the Almighty God to bestow success on everyone for this blessed service.
