Within the activities of the Ninth International Cultural Martyrdom Spring Festival, intense preparations to host the Ninth International Book Fair

The media committee of the Ninth International Cultural Martyrdom Spring Festival announced the continuity of the preparations of the Ninth International Book Fair which is determined to be held in Kerbala Province – Iraq.

Sayed Aqeel Abul Hussein El-Yaseri, the head of the preparatory committee said, “We have conducted a series of meetings in order to successfully manage the festival and the fair. The place where the fair determined to be held at is at the Zainbya Sanctuary which is 3440 square meters larger than the diameter of the previous fair.”

It’s been mentioned that the Imam Hussein and El-Abbas holy shrines hold this festival on the great occasion of the blessed birthday of the Grandson of the Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him & his pure family), and his brother El-Abbas (peace be upon them).

The Imam Hussein and El-Abbas holy shrines annually hold festivals and activities in which they promulgate the Islamic sciences, knowledge and the achievements they fulfill.
