The completion of the first part of the seventh Hayat Building project.

The Department of Maintenance and Engineering Construction at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine announced the completion of the works related to the first part of the Seventh Hayat Building project for treating people with Coronavirus in Babylon Governorate, which is being implemented on an area of ​​(3500) square meters within the vicinity of Marjan Medical City, with (98) single rooms and more of (25) medical, service and administrative rooms. And the second and third parts are nearing completion, after which this project will be completed according to the technical, engineering and medical specifications recommended by the relevant authorities, and in line with the purpose for which it was established.
This is what was confirmed by the engineer of the project, Ammar Salah, to the Alkafeel network, adding: “Day after day, the project works witness remarkable progress and increase in the rates of completion, and there are unremitting efforts and working hours that exceeded (16) hours a day that are being made to complete it within what is technically and medically planned, and according to the specifications for the establishment of such facilities, which our staff have acquired experience in implementing them."
He explained: "The work of the project is continuing in all its parts and it will be completed after few days. After the completion of the first part, which has an area of ​​(800) square meters and includes (42) single rooms, which was concluded by painting the floor with epoxy and other materials against bacteria, in addition to fixing the pieces separating the building's floor from the wall and fixing the wooden pieces supporting it, and the work has been transformed into the second part that matches the first in terms of size and number of rooms and has almost finished as well.
Continuing: "There is continuation with the work of the third part, which covers an area of ​​(1100) square meters and includes (14) single rooms, and (14) rooms for doctors, nurses and a pharmacy as well as a hall to receive the auditors in addition to bathroom units. The work in this part is currently running parallel with the previous two parts, and if it is completed, the entire project will be completed. The final layers of its floor are currently being painted, with the work of installing the insulating sections and the retaining tapes of the walls."
