In the presence of the participating delegations, the Daily Ritual Practice is held

June 13, 2013. The Daily Ritual Practice has been performed in the presence of the head of the Shiite Endowment Bureau Sayed Salih El-Haidery and the participating delegations.

A stately speech delivered by Sheikh Abdul Mehdi El-Kerbela'i, the Secretary-General of the Imam Hussein holy shrine in which he congratulated the Islamic nation and the Islamic Supreme Religious Authorities on the occasion of the blessed birthday of Imam Hussein and his brother El-Abbas (peace be upon them). He also thanked the great audience attended the stately festival.

He manifested the purpose of the Daily Ritual Practice that the employees of the Imam Hussein holy shrine perform is to express the extent of truly serving Imam Hussein (p.b.u.h).

Also, such an activity is considered one of the activities of the festival.
