With a capacity of (100) beds: the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine opens the seventh Hayat building in Babylon governorate.

Today, Monday morning (3rd Safar 1442 AH) corresponding to (September 21, 2020), the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine inaugurated the seventh Hayat building for treating people with coronavirus in Babylon governorate, and within the vicinity of Marjan Medical City in the governorate, after it was completed in record time within the technical and medical specifications that are compatible with the purpose for which it was established, by the cadres of the Department of Maintenance and Engineering Construction of the Holy Shrine, and in a period of time of (54) days only and on an area of ​​(3500) square meters, and includes (100) beds distributed over (98) rooms added to 25 medical, treatment and service rooms, to be ready at the disposal of the governorate's health department and serving its people.
The opening, which was held in the square overlooking the building, was attended by the Deputy Secretary-General of the al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine, a number of its board members, representatives of the local government, the director of its health department, the director of Marjan Medical Hospital, in addition to a number of personalities.
After reciting verses from the Holy Quran, there was the word of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine delivered by its Deputy Secretary-General, Eng. Abbas Musa, in which he confirmed that the Holy Shrine continues to provide its support to the medical staff to confront the Corona epidemic, and its initiatives to establish Hayat buildings to treat people with this virus are an example of what it presented in light of these circumstances, which were not an impediment to the completion of buildings in different governorates that perform the same service, as this building is one of seven buildings completed by the staff of the Maintenance and Engineering Construction Department at the Holy Shrine, within the medical and technical specifications approved for the establishment of such projects.
This was followed by the speech of the local government in the governorate delivered by the Technical Assistant to the Governor of Babylon, Eng. Hamid Ali Al-Zarkani, through which he expressed the appreciation of the local government in the governorate for the al-Abbas's holy shrine and its staff working in the Department of Maintenance and Engineering Construction, for its completion of the seventh Hayat building for the treatment of people with the Coronavirus, which will contribute significantly to increasing the clinical capacity of the governorate and supporting the medical staff in it as it confronts the Corona epidemic.
Then came a speech of the governorate health department delivered by its director general, Dr. Muhammad Hashem al-Jaafari, in which he stated that the seventh Hayat building, which was established by the al-Abbas's holy shrine, to treat those affected by the Coronavirus in our governorate and in light of these difficult conditions that the country is going through, is a source of pride and will remain a sign of the efforts of the Holy Shrine exerted in its response to this epidemic, and the services it provided to society, including this building, which is considered a qualitative addition to a health facility in our governorate.
These were followed by words of thanks and praise for a number of personalities in the governorate for the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine and its working staffs who carried out this project.
Then the attendees went to open the building and announce its entry into the service in order to receive sick cases and provide services to them, while listening to a brief explanation by those in charge of the project.
