The Department of Hussayni Rituals and Processions at the two holy shrines announced that: “The number of service processions in Maysan Governorate that participated this year in providing its services to the visitors of the Arba'een, reached (975) processions registered in the department's database, not to mention dozens of Hussainiyat, residential houses and other processions that are not registered, which have opened their doors to visitors from the first day of the entry of visitors to it. "
This is according to what was indicated by the deputy head of the department, Mr. Hashem al-Mousawi, who added: “Maysan Governorate is one of the governorates through which visitors of Arba'een pass, in addition to the visitors coming from it. And these processions have spread on all the routes that the visitors take, taking into account the areas that witness dense visitors' numbers. "
He explained: "There are (496) processions that will participate with the rest of the processions in the provinces to provide their services in Karbala Governorate and on the roads leading to it."
Adding: "These processions did not work only on the service side, but also had medical services as a result of the repercussions of the Corona epidemic, in addition to their role in cooperating with the security and service authorities in the governorate, and after the visitors' journey in this governorate ends, the owners of these processions will go out and walk on the same road to have two honors: the honor of serving and the honor of Ziyarat. "
