Al-'Alqami service complex harnesses all its energy to have the honor of serving the visitors of Arba'een.

Among the service complexes of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine that have the honor to provide services during the Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him); al-'Alqami Complex located on the road (Karbala - Hillah), which is witnessing a service movement that began more than ten days ago to reach its peak in the coming days and will continue after the day of the Ziyarat.

The complex have raised the slogan "Serving the visitor is an honor for us" in the al-'Alqami service complex. Thus, for this slogan and its application on the ground, we have harnessed all our human and material potential, and its staff is working like a bee hive without hesitation since the first hours of the morning up to late hours of the night, to provide the best services to the visitors."

The director of the complex, Mr. Ali Nehme Al-Khafaji, explained to the Al-Kafeel network, saying: “We started this year to provide services early as a result of the influx of visitors on this axis, and starting from the seventh of the month of Safar. The services differed this year from their previous ones as a result of the repercussions of the Corona epidemic, so our services were compatible with these conditions, which were characterized by type and quantity, to meet the visitor's need with the addition of stations for sterilization at the entrance to the complex, which were provided to the complex by the Department of Maintenance and Engineering Construction.

He added: "This year, we provided food services to visitors at the rate of three meals a day, in ways that are commensurate with the health situation, in addition to snacks and providing large quantities of gloves, masks and sterilizers to the servants in the complex and the incoming visitors, while continuing to sterilize the complex all day, in addition to the continuous cleaning services."

He continued: "The complex was provided with (150) volunteers from the Qamar Bani Hashim Organization from Basra Governorate, to assist the staffs of the complex in carrying out their work, in addition to the volunteers from the al-Kafeel scouts, whose work is limited to sterilization inside and outside the complex."
