The launch of the activities of the (Administrative Empowerment) course at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine.

On Saturday morning (27 Rabi Al-Awal 1442 AH) corresponding to (November 14, 2020), the (Administrative Empowerment) course held by the al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine was launched today for its leadership cadres from the heads of departments and directors of its affiliated companies with the aim of improving and strengthening their managerial skills, relying on the latest management theories.
The launch of the activities of this course was attended by the Secretary General of the al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine; Eng. Mohammad al-Ashigar, who stated to the al-Kafeel network: “One of the most important duties of the administrations of the holy shrines is to reconstruct them and provide the best services to their visitors. And the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine according to the directives of its Senior Officer; His Eminence, Sayed. Ahmad Al-Safi, has made great strides, both in the field of reconstruction or in the field of visitor service. The specialists and visitors praise the development taking place in it, as well as the services it is keen to provide. "
He added: "The various accomplishments achieved by the holy shrine did not come out of nowhere, but rather as a result of efforts made by the departments' administrations and members of the Board of Directors. The holy shrine does not stop at one level, as every performance needs development. Thus this session is held not for the first time as we believe in the importance of making use of science and harnessing it to serve work, as all works need successful management and every successful management needs knowledge. Today, as you can see, the course includes the best specialists in management science to provide the latest information to department heads and company directors, in a way that contributes to increasing their administrative knowledge."
For his part, the Head of the Development and Sustainable Development Department, Dr. Muhammad Hassan Jaber, said: “This course came to contribute to developing the skills of department heads and company managers in the field of management, as its establishment at this level reflects the interest of the Holy Shrine administration in the basic training matters to improve management performance. "
In turn, the Head of the Education and Higher Education Department, Dr. Ahmed Hassan Al-Kaabi said: “This course was held in order to develop management skills for the heads of departments and company directors, as it relates to development, strategic planning, project management and problem-solving. The course program was prepared by experts in the field of business administration under the supervision of the Development and Sustainable Development Department and the Education and Higher Education Department at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine."
Noting that: "The course was divided into many levels of (70) hours each."
