The cadres of the engineering maintenance and construction department at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine have completed the work of flattening and restoring the roof of Al-Hindiyah General Hospital in the Karbala governorate.
The official in charge of the construction works in the aforementioned department in charge of carrying out these works, Engineer Mohammad Mustafa al-Taweel, explained to the al-Kafeel Network, saying: “Along the work of our department for the al-Abbas's holy shrine only, we are assigned by the General Secretariat of the Holy Shrine to execute other tasks in other sites, especially those that have a direct relationship with the services that the citizen needs, including supporting the medical sector."
He added: "The area of the hospital's roof to be cladded to prevent rainwater leakage to the hospital reached (1750) square meters, and it included three layers of insulation materials. And with the grace of God Almighty these works were completed within a short period."
It is noteworthy that these cladding works come within a series of humanitarian works and projects presented by the al-Abbas's (P) Holy Shrine, to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of some government sectors that suffer from poor services, such as a group of schools, humanitarian institutions, hospitals and others.
