The al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine holds its annual council to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her).

In commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of the Lady of the Women of the Worlds; Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her), according to the first narration, the General Secretariat of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, represented by the Husseini Rhetoric Division, is holding its annual council, which will last for six days.
The head of the aforementioned division, Sheikh Sahib Al-Ta'i, explained to Al-Kafeel Global Network, saying: “The department has the custom to set up the annual condolence council for the commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Lady. az-Zahra (may God’s prayers and peace be upon her). This year, the council will last for six days, starting from Sunday to Friday (11/27/2020).
He added, "During the six days, the councils will be divided into morning and evening sessions, in which Sheikh Basem Al-Wahili, Sheikh Bilal Al-Qubaisi, Sheikh Salam Al-Askari and Sayed. Hadi Al-Twayrjawi, will give lectures."
Al-Ta'i added: “The lectures will focus on many axes including the life of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her) and her great role in Islam, in addition to her great position with God Almighty and His Messenger (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household), and the injustice she was exposed to and other important milestones in her honorable life. ".
He pointed out that: "These councils will be concluded by commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of Fatima al-Ma'soomah (peace be upon her)."
He explained, "We have taken all preventive precautionary measures to establish these councils, from social distancing and other measures."
It is noteworthy that lovers and followers of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) all over the world remember this sad anniversary of the martyrdom of the Prophet's beloved daughter; Fatima az-Zahra (may God’s peace be upon her). There are multiple narrations about the date of her martyrdom and the location of her grave (peace be upon her), and this indicates the injustice she was subjected to, as she (peace be upon her) asked her husband, the Commander of the Faithful, Ali (peace be upon him), to hide the location of her grave and that no one should witness her funeral from those who wronged her and usurped her rights. Her age at the time of her martyrdom was eighteen years according to the most famous narrations.
