The Women's Library is organizing an educational workshop on problem analysis and decision-making.

The Women's Library affiliated to the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine organized an educational workshop for a number of its staff, entitled: (Analysis of problems and decision-making), which was held in its hall and presented by the researcher, Professor Sawsan Al-Miqdad from the Republic of Lebanon, in order to raise the educational level of workers in this is a field and contributing to developing their knowledge skills.

The library is keen to organize such workshops, courses and lectures for the purpose of increasing the comprehensive knowledge of its staffs in this field.

The responsible for the Women’s Library, Mrs. Asma Raad, stated to the al-Kafeel Network: “The workshop included a discussion of important axes, including the definition of the problem, its classification, methods of defining it, types of decisions and methods of making it. The interactive workshop included constructive discussion that contributed to enriching its content. "

For her part, Mrs. Hawraa Hassan Al-Hashemi, the print director of the magazine Riyadh Al-Zahra (peace be upon her) and one of the participants in this workshop, said: “The workshop focused on an important topic as it relates to planning that is the essence of crisis management, because of its importance in avoiding problems, how to deal with them and eliminate them. This is not an easy task, but rather depends on a scientific and practical approach supported by experience, intelligence and knowledge, in order to lead to the treatment of the crisis with high efficiency, and to ensure that it does not spread to other places. We benefited from this workshop and we learned a lot of important information and concepts that will contribute to the development of our work. "

It is noteworthy that Mrs. Sawsan Al-Miqdad toured the halls of the library, and learned about the services it provides in person or electronically and the work mechanism used in it, and praised the work of its staff, describing them as a diligent beehive.
