An open symposium within the First Conference for the Mobilization [Hashd] of the Holy Shrines.

An open seminar for the departments of religious guidance In each of the Squad of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), the Ali al-Akbar Brigade (peace be upon him), the al-Abbas (peace be upon him) Fighting Squad, and the Ansar al-Marji'iyah Brigade, was held this Wednesday afternoon (16 Rabi` Thani 1442 AH) corresponding to (December 2, 2020) at the Hall of the Master of Guardians (peace be upon him) at the Imam al-Hussayn's (p) Holy Shrine, within the first conference of the mobilization [Hashd] of the holy shrines,

The seminar began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by the reciter of the Imam al-Hussayn's (p) Holy Shrine; Hajj Rasul Al-'Ameri, followed by reciting Surat Al-Fatiha in tribute to the martyrs of Iraq, then listening to the national anthem.

Then a welcoming speech of the General Secretariat of the Imam al-Hussayn's (p) Holy Shrine was delivered by its representative at the symposium Haj Fadhel 'Awaz.

This was followed by a speech of the mobilization [Hashd] of the holy shrines delivered by Major General Ali Al-Hamdani, commander of the Ali Al-Akbar Brigade (peace be upon him) and commander of the Middle Euphrates Operations of the Popular Mobilization Forces, who said: “The responsibility for implementing the fatwa is a national, legitimate, legal and moral responsibility.”

Adding: "Hence, I say that adherence to the directives of the supreme authority is for the sake of our nation and its integrity, the preservation of what was achieved of the great victory, and the love of Iraqis for those heroes who made victory and preserved the homeland."

Then there was a word of the ideological guidance in the brigade of Ali Al-Akbar (peace be upon him) delivered by Sheikh Suhail Al-Suhail, saying: “At an important and great historical national moment, when the forces of evil and darkness and the gangs of terror and atonement colluded on this dear homeland, to defile its land and violate its sanctities, the fatwa of the sufficient duty of jihad was launched from the sanctuary of the Master of the Martyrs (peace be upon him) to urge the honorable people in this country to respond the call of the Supreme Authority' Sayed al-Sistani..."

After that, an open dialogue began about the role of religious guidance in the popular mobilization, and ways to upgrade the mechanisms and methods of guidance in the formations of the Mobilization [Hashd] of the Holy Shrines.
