Starting this year by hosting a group of Dhi Qar students.

The head of the School Activities Unit in the Division, Mr. Mahmoud Al-Qurah Ghuli, told Al-Kafeel Network: “Only 50 students were hosted this year as a result of the current health situation, as it is customary to host more than that each time. A program was prepared that lasted for three days and included many cultural, intellectual, developmental and advisory workshops and lectures within these axes and under the supervision of a specialized cadre, in a way that suits the ages of these students."

He added: “Among these workshops, there were some about the importance of culture, the increase in knowledge, misinformation and the strategy of positive thinking. Also religious lectures were organized focusing on how to protect this category from the defects of society and its surroundings, enlightened by the Book of God, the Sunnah of His Messenger and the approach of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), and positively reflecting it in the home, school and community life, in addition to lectures on the first aid."

Al-Qarah Ghuli also stated: “We seek to establish such student programs for these groups, to contribute to strengthening and rooting the student’s general culture, increasing his knowledge in various fields, teaching students how to deal with their external surroundings and the life problems they face, and proper planning for how to reach the lofty and noble goals that every student has in a way that makes him be positive and set a good example in his society and the environment in which he lives."
