The Administrative Empowerment Course is entrenching modern concepts to achieve excellence in institutional performance.

Mr. Ali Al-Shammari asserted that the latest modern concepts were used in the Administrative Empowerment Course, in order to achieve excellence in institutional performance by establishing positive work ethics and advancing it to wider levels and ranges.
The Administrative Empowerment Course is being held by the Departments of Development, Sustainable Development, Education and Higher Education at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, and targets the advanced cadres in the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, including heads of departments and managers of companies and those of their rank.
Mr. al-Shammari has presented a workshop entitled (Institutional Loyalty), about which he stated: "What made it easier to understand the vocabulary of this lecture is that most of the participants work on this principle, so it was a paper-based stimulation and development of the information they possessed, as we dealt with the latest concepts that enhance knowledge and positive behaviors, and build true functional loyalty to reach excellence in institutional performance, as well as methods of achieving satisfaction and loyalty through incentive policies and improving working conditions, and highlighting the most important models that explain loyalty and the factors that lead to its development."
It is noteworthy that the workshop was held in the halls of the Imam Al-Hadi (peace be upon him) complex, with nine training hours that lasted for three days, and was complementary to previous workshops and lectures that aimed at the same goal, which is to contribute to developing the skills of department heads and company directors in the field of management, as well as reflecting the interest of the administration of the Holy Shrine in basic training matters to improve administrative performance.
