A women mourning council was held in the sanctuary of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

The Women Hussayni Rhetoric Division at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine established a mourning council and a theatrical performance that embodies the injustice faced by Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her) according to the third narration, in the basement of Imam Musa al-Kadhem (peace be upon him) and in the presence of a number of visitors in addition to a group of women staffs of the Holy Shrine.
The assistant of the Division’s official, Mrs. Taghreed Al-Tamimi, explained to the Al-Kafeel network, saying: “In commemoration of the martyrdom of Az-Zahra Al-Batoul (peace be upon her), a mourning event was held including a mourning council in which a lecture was delivered that focused on glimpses of the blessed life of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her). The council was concluded by an elegy followed by a theatre play that we usually present in this event, because of its impact on the hearts, as we have been constantly renewing it every year. This year, the play was distinguished by adding youthful touches as we mixed the present with the past, and we relied on reliable sources to convey events, and we used the method of brainstorming through asking questions that need research, investigation and reading, and this was our goal. "
Al-Tamimi added, "The council witnessed a large presence of female visitors of all ages, and an interaction with the events of the theatrical performance, which was presented by (25) characters from the cadres of the Women Speech Division, who trained on roles continuously throughout the past days, while adhering to spatial separation and following health safety procedures." .
